What is in your cotton candy?

Our cotton candy is handcrafted, meaning we keep it simple by only using the finest vegan sugar, various flavor extracts and emulsions, and just enough food coloring to change the color (we offer a ton of dye-free flavors too). 

Can we customize the color and flavor of your cotton candy?

How much cotton candy can you serve in an hour?

We can serve approximately 50-55 individual servings of cotton candy during an hour of cotton candy cart service. 

How do you make cotton candy?

Magic, duh. The center of our machine is really hot and spinning super fast, when we pour our handcrafted sugar in, it melts it down to right before it begins to caramelize and spins it out into threads as the sugar rapidly cools, and with a little luck and lots of practice, we catch it on a cone and serve our guests the best cotton candy they’ll ever taste!

You do parties, right?

We LOVE a celebration! Fill out our inquiry form to fill us in on a few details about your event. Once we receive your form, we will check our availability and send over our pricing guide and available cart service and package options.

When do we pick our flavors?

After we receive your signed contract and deposit for your date, we will send over a form for you to finalize arrival time details, select your handcrafted flavors, and pick fun toppings.

Something unexpected happened; we need to cancel. What's the cancellation policy?

We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Unexpected things happen. We understand, and if you can give us as much notice as possible we will work with you to reschedule for a date that works for both parties.
