Like a lot of people, 2020 turned my world upside down. My career evaporated overnight, and somewhere between binge-watching Tiger King and baking every chocolate chip cookie recipe on the internet, I bought a cotton candy machine during a late-night shopping bender. On a whim, our business was born.

My background as a graphic designer and Ryan's years mastering the art of fine dining hospitality might seem like an unlikely pair, but when we combined those two worlds, we realized we weren't just selling a sweet treat, we were creating experiences. I bring the eye for detail, the aesthetic, the little touches that make everything feel intentional. Ryan brings the warmth, the service, and the belief that every guest deserves to feel special.
